Your trading wallets are custodial: their private keys are kept encrypted by a separate signing service, apart from the site and the bots. You can get the private key of your wallet — this is how it works and what we never do.
How export works
- You request the export on the site and confirm it with your PIN (and the authenticator code if 2FA is on).
- The export opens only 24 hours later. You get a Telegram message right away — if it wasn’t you, send /freeze to the bot.
- After the wait, the signing service sends a one-time code to your Telegram; the site never sees it.
- The key is encrypted on the server to a key of your device (ECIES) — it never travels or gets logged in plain text.
- One export per 7 days. After you link or change Telegram, exports open 72 hours later.
What we never do
- We never send a key or a seed phrase in Telegram, by email or through support.
- Our staff cannot see your key, and we never ask for it.
- We never export a key without your PIN, the waiting period and the code from the signing service.
After export
Whoever holds the key controls the wallet. We cannot revoke or restore an exported key. If it may have leaked, move the funds to a new wallet right away.
If an attack is suspected, the operator can switch exports off for everyone for a while. Your funds stay where they are.
