Risk Disclosure

Version 1.2Effective date: [Effective date]

Please read this before you deposit or trade. It is written in plain language on purpose. It is part of the Terms of Service.

You can lose everything

Any money you put into memecoins or prediction markets can go to zero. Losses can happen in minutes. Only use money you can afford to lose completely, and start with small amounts.

Memecoins are extremely risky

  • Most memecoins have no real value behind them. Their price depends on attention and can collapse at any moment.
  • The creator can remove liquidity ("rug pull") or sell a large supply at once.
  • A token can be a "honeypot": you can buy it but cannot sell it.
  • A token can charge hidden buy or sell taxes, or change them after you buy.
  • Low liquidity means large price impact and slippage: you may receive much less than the quote.

Prediction markets are extremely risky

  • An outcome either pays or it does not. If you are wrong, the position can be worth nothing.
  • Markets are resolved under the venue's rules (for example, Polymarket's). Resolution can be disputed, delayed or different from what you expected.
  • Prices can move fast and liquidity can disappear. Venue fees and network fees reduce your result.
  • Trading may be limited or unavailable in your region.

Copying trades does not guarantee results

  • Copy trading repeats another wallet's trades. Past results of a trader do not predict future results.
  • Your copy is placed later than the leader's trade, can get a worse price, can be partly filled or skipped.
  • A leader can lose money, change strategy, or trade against followers.

Labels, ratings and AI can be wrong

  • Safe / Sketchy / Rug-tier labels come from automated checks at one moment in time. A token labelled Safe can still go to zero or become impossible to sell later.
  • Our estimates, signals, trader ratings and whale alerts are produced by models and data that can be incomplete, delayed or wrong.
  • AI assessments can be incorrect or made up. Always check the facts yourself.
  • None of this is advice or a guarantee.

Custodial risk

  • We hold the keys to your custodial wallet. If our systems, staff or providers are hacked or fail, you can lose your funds.
  • Your balance is not a bank deposit and is not insured by any government scheme.
  • Withdrawals have limits and can be delayed or held for security, anti-fraud or legal checks.

Smart contract and network risk

  • Our own smart contracts and third-party smart contracts can contain bugs or be exploited.
  • Blockchains can halt, fork or become congested. RPC providers, bridges and wallets can fail.
  • Transactions are usually irreversible. A mistake in an address or network can mean permanent loss.

Third-party risk

The Service depends on third parties such as Polymarket, Telegram, Cloudflare, blockchain RPC providers and AI providers. Their outages, rule changes or decisions to block accounts can stop you from trading or accessing your funds for some time.

Legal and tax risk

Laws and regulations can change and can restrict or end access to the Service in your country. You are responsible for your taxes.

No promises of income

We do not promise any profit, return or income. Nothing in the Service guarantees a result. Points, ranks and competition scores have no monetary value. There is no promise of any token or airdrop.

What we ask you to do

  • Read the trade ticket before you confirm: amount, all fees and taxes, minimum you will receive.
  • Use limits and small amounts. Never borrow to trade.
  • Keep your Telegram account and devices secure. Freeze your account if you suspect access by someone else.
  • If you are unsure, do not trade.
